PARTY TYME KARAOKE PRIVACY POLICY

Party Tyme Karaoke (a division of Sybersound Records, Inc.) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and the users of our Web site. This privacy policy tells what information we collect about you when you use the Party Tyme Karaoke site www.partytyme.net and www.sybersound.com (referred to as the "Site"); what organization is collecting the information; how the information will be used or disclosed; what choices are available to you regarding collection and use of the information; what security measures are in place to protect your personal information; and how you can correct any inaccuracies in the information. If you choose to visit the Site, your visit is subject to this privacy policy, and you agree to its terms and conditions.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

E-Commerce: The Site makes available certain items for purchase. In order to complete purchases made on the Site, we collect billing address and credit card information (such as account name, number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes only and is not otherwise shared. In the future, the Site may also feature special purchases or product offerings which link to a number of other third-party store sites and those stores may collect and use your personal and credit information to process your order subject to their own privacy policies. Newsletters and Other Communications from Us: Users and customers of the Site may sign up to receive our newsletter through email communications, or communications through other channels. Registration: The Site DOES NOT require registration with us or before certain site features can be used. Except for e-commerce billing, newsletter distribution and Contests, Sweepstakes and Surveys purposes as stated above, we DO NOT share your contact information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, etc.), demographic information (such as your country, gender, etc.), or profile data (such as your music preferences, entertainment practices, etc).
